When I cook I like to keep things pretty simple… a piece of protein, some carbs and a yummy salad or veggies on the side.
Being healthy doesn’t need to be complicated. I find that the more you simplify things by cutting out sauces, added fats and whatever other crap that some dishes have added into them. Getting back to basics can be the easiest way for you to have a yummy, healthy meal and get you results with ease.
