Wellness is not a routine you white-knuckle your way through. On Day Two we reframe what it means to look after yourself — as a daily act of self-respect rather than something you do to reach a goal or fix a problem.

Standards
The decisions no one sees are the ones that matter most.
Standards are the throughline — the invisible decisions that shape everything else. On Day Three we get specific about what yours actually are, where they’re being compromised and what it looks like to raise them in the areas of your life that matter most.
