I am now running one-on-one personal training sessions for women all over the world. Each session is a structured, full body workout. Tailored to your specific fitness level.
EACH SESSION IS A ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION RUN ONLINE VIA ZOOM
Being an online personal trainer I find that a lot of women feel far more comfortable training with me online than they do in a gym. As they often feel that people are watching their sessions or they may not feel confident in their own abilities when training on their own. I ensure to make you feel as comfortable as possible and to teach you what you need to know so that we can get YOU the best results achievable.
I will help demonstrate each exercise for you so that you know exactly what to do. I then guide you as you perform the exercise. Giving you pointers and tips to assist with your form.
I will be tailoring a workout to not only suit your specific needs, but also the facilities that you have to work with and the equipment that you have available. Giving you all the skills and tools that you need to empower you to do workouts on your own.
The added benefit of training with me is that you don’t have to worry about being tied down with ongoing gym memberships.
I have multiple options to cater to all of your needs. Whether that be 30-min, 40-min or 1-hour sessions. One-off sessions, weekly special prices and also session pack promotions.
