With fitness being one of my biggest passions in life, there’s nothing that excites me more than to help empower other WOMEN to be their best selves, in whatever way, shape or form that looks to them.
From our first session together I like to set you up for success. We’ll be doing a postural & fitness assessment, weigh in, taking your measurements and before photo’s.
The postural and fitness assessment is also the foundation for what we’ll be building our sessions around. Each session is then tailored to your specific fitness level, postural requirements and training goals.
EACH SESSION IS A PRIVATE, ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION WITH A FULL BODY WORK OUT
Being a private facility I find that a lot of women feel far more comfortable training with me than they do in a gym as they often feel that people are watching their sessions or they may not feel confident in their own abilities when training on their own.
I ensure to make you feel as comfortable as possible and to teach you what you need to know so that we can get YOU the best results achievable.
At my gym studio, I have both indoor (with heating) and outdoor facilities. This means that you’ll be comfortable to work out all year round, no matter what the weather conditions are.
Plus, the added benefit of training privately is that you won’t be tied down with ongoing gym memberships. All of my sessions are done on a pay as you go basis and I do have EFTPOS facilities available.

Personal Training Prices
Weekly session prices (1 hour)
1 session a week- $70
2 sessions a week- $120 (save $20)
3 sessions a week- $170 (save $40)
$200 for 5 session pack- 30 minute sessions ($40 each)
$250 for 5 session pack- 40 minute sessions ($50 each)
$600 for 10 session pack- 1 hour sessions (save $100)
Two-on-One Buddy session (1 hour)- $100 ($50 each)
Two-on-One Buddy session (30 mins)- $60 ($30 each)

- One Wellness Coaching session a month (1 hour). Re-wiring and shifting any subconscious blocks and limitations that are holding you back from achieving your goal. Creating structure and clarity on exactly what you’re wanting to achieve with your health, fitness, and mindset. Then game planning a strategy; creating personalised actionable tasks to assist you in moving forward with ease, confidence, and clarity.
- Weekly check-in call going over your Food & Exercise Diary. Assessing what areas can be tweaked and giving you added suggestions to assist you in achieving the results that you’re after.
