Pretty sure we’ve all heard that the daily recommendation is to drink 8 glasses a day. I challenge you to make sure that you drink them 😛
What’s your fave music to listen to when working out?
Mine’s usually a cool house music playlist off Spotify but if I’m really wanting to amp it up I love listening to old school punk or metal… It always fires me up!
